KidsABC is an educational game app designed for children ages 3–7. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

KidsABC does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or any other personal information from users.

The only data stored by the app is:

• Game progress data (points, stars, completed levels, streaks) — stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device.
• App settings (language preference, music on/off, vibration on/off) — stored locally on your device.

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

KidsABC is designed for children under the age of 13. We comply with COPPA and GDPR-K. We do not collect personal information from children, use advertising networks, share data with third parties, require account registration, include in-app purchases, or contain links to external websites.

3. Third-Party Services

KidsABC does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking services. The app runs fully offline after installation.

4. Permissions

The app only requests vibration permission, used for haptic feedback. No microphone, camera, contacts, or location permissions are requested.

5. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored locally on the user's device and is never transmitted to any server. Uninstalling the app removes all associated data.

6. Parental Rights

Parents can delete all app data at any time by using the "Reset Progress" option in the app's Settings screen, or by uninstalling the app.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
